Dear Whom May it Concern I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your store, kungfudirect.com, made on 1st September 2025. The product in question is a Top white southern foshan lion dance equipments complete set no: 47884 which unfortunately the item didn閳ユ獩 arrive to Perth WA which was disappointing . Despite following all instructions and contacting your support team on 12th November 2025, the problem remains unresolved. I found the response from your customer service unsatisfactory, as with no response to serious issue and no follow-up, denied refund or replacement product. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed with the experience and the inconvenience caused. Under the Western Australian Consumer Rights ACT 2015, I am entitled to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. This product clearly fails to meet those criteria.
I kindly request that you provide a full refund or replace the item, within reasonable time frame. Please confirm in writing how you intend to resolve this matter.
