Ask: My order CZ025107103512 and CZ02591982430, I was told were shipped and was guaranteed to be here by 10/21. I was just informed today by UPS that they are still stuck in China.
UPS has not received them and cannot give me a delivery date.
On my original order I stated if they could not be here by 10/21 I wanted to cancel the order.
