1. What is the waist measurement based off of? Is it the belt or are there pants included?
2. How does the belt attach? Is it Velcro or a tie?
3. The description says there are 閳ユ笀old patterns and embellishments閳?but in the photo it looks silver. I was wondering what the color is for those details
